If you are in need of a safe and healthy preventative to the stomach virus here it is!. Have you ever made your own gummies before? If not you’re going to want to try this. You can make all different kinds of gummies but here you will find the recipe to prevent and help heal from the stomach flu.

What is activated charcoal?

Activated charcoal is a form of carbon that has been processed to have small, low-volume pores that increase its surface area and adsorptive capacity. This makes it highly effective at trapping chemicals, toxins, and other substances. Activated charcoal is commonly used to treat certain types of poisoning. It absorbs toxins in your stomach, preventing them from being absorbed in your bloodstream

What is Grassfed beef gelatin?

Grassfed beef gelatin is a type of protein derived from the collagen found in the connective tissues, bones, and skin of grass-fed cows. When these parts of the animal are slow-cooked or boiled (typically in water), the collagen breaks down into gelatin.

Benefits of activated charcoal

Digestive Aid: Activated charcoal can help relieve symptoms of bloating, gas, and indigestion. It works by adsorbing excess gas in the gastrointestinal tract, which can help alleviate bloating and discomfort. Activated charcoal can also prevent and help reduce the effects of stomach flu.

Detoxification: Some people use activated charcoal for “detoxifying” their digestive system. It can help remove food toxins, chemicals, and pollutants that might accumulate in the digestive tract. Activated charcoal is a great binder if you are doing a parasite cleanse. It will help your body detox from heavy metals, and parasites.

Food Poisoning: If someone has ingested contaminated food, activated charcoal may help to absorb the toxins or bacteria causing food poisoning. It can reduce symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Benefits of Grassfed beef gelatin

Supports Joint Health: Collagen is a primary structural protein in the joints, tendons, and cartilage. Consuming gelatin or collagen supplements can support joint function, reduce joint pain, and promote cartilage regeneration. Some studies suggest it may be beneficial for people with osteoarthritis.

Improves Skin Elasticity: Collagen is a major component of skin, and supplementing with gelatin may help improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and support skin hydration. This is one reason gelatin and collagen are often touted for anti-aging benefits.

Gut Health: Gelatin has been traditionally used for gut health because it helps to support the integrity of the digestive lining. It can help soothe and heal the gut lining, potentially benefiting those with leaky gut syndrome or other digestive issues. The amino acids in gelatin, especially glycine and proline, play a role in maintaining healthy digestion and gut lining.

Hair and Nail Health: Collagen is also essential for healthy hair and nails. Regular consumption of beef gelatin may help strengthen hair and nails, reduce brittleness, and promote growth.

Rich in Protein: Beef gelatin is a protein-rich food and is often used in protein supplements or in recipes that require an extra boost of protein, such as homemade jellies, gummies, or protein bars.

Promotes Muscle Growth: As a protein source, gelatin contains amino acids like glycine, proline, and glutamine that may support muscle repair and growth, particularly after exercise.
