  • 1 Pan
  • 1 Parchment Paper
  • 1 Mixer optional

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sourdough starter or discard Either is fine
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cupe Diced Fresh Peaches
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • Pinch of salt Measure with your heart mama

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  • Add the egg and mix well
  • Stir in the sourdough starter and diced peaches
  • In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of dough into a lined pan with your parchment paper
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden
  • Let cool before enjoying!
