Add the unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, raw cane sugar and brown sugar to a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, Cream together until well blended.
In a separate bowl, pour in the unbleached flour, baking soda and salt.Stir until well combined.
Add your chocolate chips to the flour mixture.
Add mixture to creamed sugar and mix until combined.Do not over mix.
Scoop dough into balls and place them 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
Let cookies rest 5 minutes then place on a baking rack until completely cool.
