  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder

How to Make Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone muffin cups (12 standard size).
  2. Next in a small saucepan over low heat, melt together peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Then remove from heat and stir in the oats and protein powder until fully combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups and press down gently with the back of a spoon to flatten.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle or spread a small layer over the top of each cup.
  6. Lastly chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, or until set. Store in fridge or freezer.
