Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Oat cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar

Instructions
 

  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone muffin cups (12 standard size).
  • Next in a small saucepan over low heat, melt together peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Then remove from heat and stir in the oats and protein powder until fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups and press down gently with the back of a spoon to flatten.
  • Melt dark chocolate and drizzle or spread a small layer over the top of each cup.
  • Lastly chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours, or until set. Store in fridge or freezer.
